Jati (Teak) standing art - the age-worn carved wood is from the leg-part of an antique madurese (Pulau Madura) sofa/bed and is mounted on a double layer of worn wood. This piece is beautifully carved and very solid.  It can also be made into an unusual lamp stand, should you wish to do some DIY. The copper light fitting that is available in some antique shops is quite cheap (about Rp 70.000). Attaching a cable is also easy, and then all you need is a plug and of course a good lamp shade.
